Summer coach parking in P1 Science car park
As we prepare for our incoming summer visitors, we will be establishing a drop-off location in P1 Science car park for the large volume of coaches entering and leaving campus throughout the summer months.
From Thursday 19 June until late August, 37 spaces will be cordoned off and unavailable for parking, close to the Hastings building. Please use alternative parking in the area, and be aware that coaches will be entering and leaving the car park regularly throughout the summer.
Filming on campus by the Attenborough Centre
There is a filming session for the ITV drama 'Grace' taking place on campus on Monday 16 June, in and around the Attenborough Centre. If you see a number of police vehicles on campus on Monday there's no need to be alarmed - the vehicles are taking part in the filming. Please be aware that parking may be restricted in the area.
Bike tagging is ongoing on campus
Campus bike tagging is ongoing, to identify any bicycles that have been abandoned and need to be removed to clear space on our external bike racks.
If your bicycle is tagged, simply remove the tag to confirm it hasn't been abandoned, and your bike will not be removed.
Any bicycles that are still tagged on Tuesday 17 June will be removed from the bike rack and stored, to be either donated to charity or recycled.
Car parks, roads, and closures
Several parking bays will be unavailable on the ground floor of P7 Jubilee Multi-Storey on Wednesday 18 June, including several disabled bays, due to a nearby event booking.
