Target audience: Open to all female and women-identifying staff
Learn the technique for some of the main strength training lifts, such as Squat, Deadlift, Push Up, Hip Thrust and more with Jas Paice. A coaching focused session designed to improve technique, rather than workout.
Please come ready to do exercise.
