Visualising Research Culture in the School of Education and Social Work
Based on principles of inclusivity, collaboration and representation, this event builds on a timeline and visual history of research in the School of Education and Social Work at the University of Sussex, bringing together past and present staff, postgraduate researchers and local research partners to celebrate, explore synergies and connect with the roots of research in the school.
This session will present and celebrate the findings so far, including the work with cartoonist Harry Venning, who will also join us to continue with encapsulating discussions that aim to bring to life and fill in the gaps of the fascinating histories the school has to offer. We are pleased to invite those with connections past and present to ESW to share and explore histories, experiences and ideas.
There can be no current or future vibrant research culture without us collectively building stronger links to its past.
