A new kick off for better security and privacy of connected vehicles

A new H2020-MSCA-RISE-2020 project kicks off at University of Sussex. It is led by Dr. Zhengguo Sheng, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Engineering and Design, University of Sussex. The consortium also includes partners from UK, EU, Singapore and China. This 4-year project sets an ambitious research agenda to fully exploit the potentials of Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communications, data caching and blockchain services for revolutionizing the security of vehicular networks. This project is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie SkÅ‚odowska-Curie Actions. The kick-off meeting of project was held on Monday, 15 March 2021 and was attended by 25 researchers and staff who will work on this project.
