Interdisciplinarity in the REF
Wednesday 5 June 13:00 until 15:00
University of Sussex Campus : Jubilee 118
SSRP has achieved significant success in generating interdisciplinary research with impact through cross-school collaborations where it has increased local and global understanding of complex sustainability challenges.
As we continue to look ahead to reporting for the next Research Excellence Framework (REF2029) we invite you to join us to explore the issues of interdisciplinarity when submitting to the REF.
At this workshop, we will cover:
- review of selected sector analyses of interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary impact case studies
- the various stages of building an impact case study - for this, we invite you to bring along your interdisciplinary case study idea
- submitting to multiple Units of Assessment
- storing your Impact using Elements
Our research fellows will also share case studies from previous submissions and a potentially progressed submission for REF2029 (details to be shared soon).
Whether you are an early career researcher or a more experienced academic, there will be something for everyone to learn at this workshop.
Register now to save your spot.
Coffee and Tea will be available at the beginning of the event, so arriving a little early is advisable.
