Getting IT support

For support across IT services and systems click the 'IT Support Portal' button above. The portal is used to submit and view the status of your open 'tickets' and should be used in the first instance. You will need your Sussex log in credentials to access the portal, however if this isn't possible, there are alternative options in the Contact Us box below.

Report a Fault

Use the IT Support portal to submit an 'Incident' ticket if something is broken or not working correctly.

Request a Service

If you need to make a request for new equipment, access to software or the creation of a new IT account, use the IT Support portal to submit a ticket by clicking the button above.

Tips for requesting IT support

To help the IT Support Portal run as smoothly as possible by avoiding duplicate tickets:

    - Only create one ticket for each fault or service request.
    - Don't 'CC' additional recipients when replying to an IT support email.
    - Avoid chasing a support ticket by emailing or creating another ticket.
    - The Support Portal should be used in the first instance unless the matter is urgent or an emergency.
