For all self-identifying women who are either new to weightlifting or are looking to build confidence in a supportive environment. These sessions will cover key movement patterns such as squats, pushes, pulls hinges and lunges (with a specific focus on mastering the squat and deadlift). Accessory movements will be taught alongside these key lifts, with progression and regression as needed. Please note this is more of a 'learning to lift' class, rather than an intensive small group PT session.
