Speaker: Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners

Poster advertising the University of Sussex Emotional Wellbeing Drop-In, offering support for students with difficulties such as low mood, anxiety, stress, sleep issues, homesickness, and loneliness. Sessions run Mondays 2–4pm at the Meeting House.

Come along to our new Emotional Wellbeing Drop-ins!

Run by Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, the drop-in will be a space for students to seek support and advice related to their emotional wellbeing.

We are here to support you with a range of difficulties. Some of these could include: Low mood, Anxiety, Sleep difficulties, stress, homesickness and loneliness.

Location: The Meeting House
Time: Mondays 2-4 pm

No appointments needed, all students welcome.
