Famous food pop-up Chubby Dumpling comes to Library Square

Come join the team at Chubby Dumpling for a delicious Chubby Box, filled with six dumplings of your choice, on a bed of peanut-sesame noodles and topped with a selection of homemade chilli sauces.
They're be selling dumplings from 11.30am-6pm in Library Square on Tuesday 7 November. This is a one-time event, not to be missed! The guys are down from London, where they have a extremely popular van, that was recently featured on the BBC with Mary Berry.

The Chubby Box:
- Six dumplings served with peanut-sesame noodles and Asian pickles. Topped with crispy fried shallots, spring onions, sesame seeds and coriander.

Their story
Chubby Dumpling are a father and daughter business - Joe and Chantel. Born into her dad's Chinese restaurant, by the age of five Chantel knew how to stuff chopsticks into wrappers and serve prawn crackers to customers.
Some of Chantel's best memories are sneaking into the kitchen to steal a treat, or spending Sundays rolling out dumpling skins while her dad would tell her all about a mystical land called China.
Chantel was always gobbling dumplings, so Joe started to call her Little Chubby Dumpling! She now understands how lucky she was to grow up like this and wants to share these delicious bundles of joy with everyone they meet.
They're now bringing their dumplings to the University of Sussex.
