Spring teaching

This module gives you a taster of a career teaching law as opposed to practising law.

We will engage in reflexive and theoretical explorations of contemporary issues in legal education and active based approaches to teaching law.

Drawing on teaching literature, you will design and deliver a lesson plan and offer suggestions for reform for legal education/higher education as part of the ‘Policy Lab’.

The module provides you with an opportunity to enhance and your transferable skills including:

  • communication
  • presentation
  • teaching delivery
  • critical thinking
  • reflexive practice and evaluative judgement.
