Arts Scholars MA Award (2022)

The Art Scholars MA Award is open to all students who meet the criteria. The Department of Art History at Sussex celebrates and promotes diversity, equality and inclusion amongst our staff and students. We encourage applications from women, disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates. We believe that the diversity of our staff and student community is fundamental to creative thinking, pedagogic innovation, intellectual exchange, and our interdisciplinary approach to research and learning.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Have accepted a full time offer of a place on Art History and Museum Curating MA starting in September 2022
  • Have, or expect to achieve, a first class honours or 2.1 degree from a UK university, or equivalent degree from an overseas institution
  • Be classified as 'Home' for fee purposes

Special consideration will be given to applicants that have experienced financial or other hardship.
