You will be required to provide a personal statement that includes the following:
- details of your previous musical achievement and excellence - your academic and career aspirations after completion of the degree at Sussex - any work or extra-curricular activity undertaken that relates to the course
Women are currently estimated to make up just 5% of the music technology industry. Research shows that young women drop out of music tech around the age of 16. The Gazelle Twin Scholarship was created to encourage women and non binary students to pursue a career in this field, starting with a degree from Sussex. In the Music Department at Sussex, we have a strong focus on equality, diversity and inclusion. We value diverse backgrounds and musical styles.
The Gazelle Twin Scholarship is funded by donations from University of Sussex Music Department alumni
