Arts Scholars MA Award (2019)

The Arts Scholars MA scholarship is kindly funded through the generous philanthropic support of the Worshipful Company of Arts Scholars. It will be awarded to one student applying to study our Art History and Museum Curating MA.

Tuition fee reduction


The scholarship is awarded as a £6,000 tuition fee reduction.


To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

  • Have accepted a full-time offer of a place on Art History and Museum Curating MA commencing in 2019/20
  • Have, or expect to achieve, a first class honours or 2.1 degree from a UK university, or equivalent degree from an overseas institution
  • Be eligible for 'Home' fees

Apply for the Arts Scholars MA Scholarship


The Worshipful Company of Arts Scholars is a Livery Company in the City of London. Its membership is open to those engaged in the study, curation, collection and trade in antiques, antiquities and objects of decorative and applied art. It also welcomes those engaged in the many associated support businesses.  It is the Company’s aim to sustain and enhance the standing of those employed in this sector by recognising past achievements and by fostering future excellence through scholarship.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend an interview on 20th June. This will include a presentation exercise which willl be sent to interviewees in advance.
