Biography
As an autistic adult, my diagnosis has helped me to make sense of my experiences and led to greater self-acceptance. Connecting with other autistic people and developing greater self-understanding has developed my curiosities about aspects of autistic experiences that can be positive but are difficult to control, such as hyperfocus.
