Introducing Poll Everywhere (14 Oct, 1 p.m.)
This session will introduce the polling tool, Poll Everywhere, which allows you to pose a range of different questions such as multiple-choice, open-ended questions and clickable images, among others, to students during a teaching session. This session will show you how to navigate and use the tool as well as looking at best practice for using Poll Everywhere within your teaching.
Overview
This session will introduce colleagues to Poll Everywhere – the licensed product used by the university for in-class polling.
Participants will have the opportunity to participate in different types of poll used in Poll Everywhere, as well as have a go at setting up polls for themselves.

- You will need a Sussex PollEverywhere account to use PollEverywhere. Please email educationalenhancement@sussex.ac.uk to request one in advance of the session.
- This session assumes prior experience in using Microsoft Powerpoint.
