Research

My main interests are in data analysis, especially meta-analysis and latent variable modelling. My background is in social psychology and most of my work involves collaborative projects broadly in the social and health psychology area. Thus, I have carried out meta-analyses on topics such as conformity, materialism and well-being, mindfulness, PTSD after childbirth and health interventions. I am particularly interested in longitudinal analysis, including both multilevel and latent growth modeling, including growth mixture modeling. I am currently involved in projects on changes in well-being in Iceland and changes in body satisfaction among adolescents.
