VC recruitment process
Help us find the right leader for Sussex. Share your views and insights, smoothing the path for our eventual new Vice-Chancellor. We want widespread support for the decision.
We want your help in determining the kind of candidates we aim to attract as our next permanent Vice-Chancellor. We want to know what you consider to be the important characteristics of the candidates.
How will the interview process be run?
The University has appointed Odgers and Berndtson (OB) as the agency to lead the recruitment process and ensure we get the best candidate. They are eager to understand what is important to you so that there is a smooth transition.
The initial engagement process ran for two weeks, 21 September until Wednesday 6 October 2021.
