Contemporary Economic Issues (L1051)
15 credits, Level 4
This module complements Introduction to Economics by providing a series of lectures on current economic issues, which illustrate how basic economic principles may be applied to real problems. (If you're not taking Introduction to Economics, you may still take this module but should have some background knowledge of economics, e.g. A-level).
You are required to write two essays based on the lecture topics, to be marked by and discussed with your personal tutor, who will thereby monitor early progress at the university.
31%: Practical (Workshop)
100%: Coursework (Essay, Observation)
