This module is the second in our series of four research methods (core) modules. In this module we extend what we learned about the scientific method on Psychology as a Science and discuss the intricacies of robust hypothesis testing as well as what the results from psychological studies do (and do not) tell us. Throughout the module, you are taught several methods for analysing data and continue to hone their skills in critically evaluating psychological research.

Contact hours and workload
This module is 150 hours of work. This breaks down into 33 hours of contact time and 117 hours of independent study.
