Upcoming Email Platform Upgrade

We will be carrying out a planned upgrade to the University’s email infrastructure between Monday 8 June and Thursday 11 June.
This work is part of ongoing improvements to enhance the resilience and performance of our email services. No service disruption is expected during this period.
Platform owners who use the University’s SMTP relay service have been contacted directly with further information.
If you experience any issues with email delivery from applications, systems, or other platforms during this time, please report them via the dedicated support channel or IT Service Desk.
