Our Supplier has advised that essential security updates are required on the Self Service Portal.

As a result, the portal will be temporarily unavailable.

During this period, please report any incidents or issues by emailing: itservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk

Please note that staff who need to be able to create service requests must contact ITS using the email address above.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Why are we doing this work?

This is part of essential maintenance to improve security.

IT Services change/incident number: 3033183

The IT Self Service Portal remains unavailable while essential maintenance work continues.

At this time, we do not have a confirmed timeframe for restoration, but our supplier is actively working to complete the required updates as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please continue to report any incidents or issues by emailing itservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk. Staff who need to create service requests should also use this email address.

We apologise for the continued disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding while this work is being completed.
