EDI Leads
EDI leads will play a key role in translating our high level commitments into delivery of our roadmaps, achieving transformative outcomes over the next few years. The successful candidates will lead cross-University teams collaborating to ensure that we deliver against actions we have committed to and identify actions required for areas of further improvement. Successful candidates will have an understanding of the equalities landscape, particularly in a higher education context, leadership and facilitation skills and passion to support and take our work forward.
