    Miscellaneous notes Salt tolerance tested with salt spray and submergence in saline water . No growth data in Barbour and De Jong 1977. Copablepharon (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) larvae feed on this species which is also known as yellow sand verbena.Troubridge & Crabo,1995.
