Salary: Starting at £30,497 to £34,304 per annum, pro rata if part time

The UK Recruitment team is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Student Recruitment Officer to oversee a variety of projects that are integral to the team’s work, including the Student Ambassador Scheme and prospective student interactions project. The post-holder should have exceptional organisational skills and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple projects at one time. They will have excellent communication and project management skills and will thrive in delivering talks and workshops to a range of audiences.
The post-holder will be a key member of the UK Recruitment Team. They will be expected to lead by example and provide support and mentoring to junior members of staff. The post-holder will be integral to the delivery of key recruitment events, have budgetary responsibility and be expected to contribute to a variety of strategic objectives to ensure the team meets its targets.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of Higher Education in the UK, including experience of student ambassador and/or mentoring projects. They should possess excellent IT skills, be flexible in their approach to work and be an enthusiastic and supportive team player.
