Hours: Full time or part time hours considered up to a maximum of 1.0 FTE. Requests for flexible
working options will be considered (subject to business need. The role requires a flexible approach to work with a significant number of early starts and/or late finishes throughout the year.
The post-holder will be expected to work up to 9 Saturdays per year.
Salary: starting at £33,797 and rising to £40,322 per annum

The UK Recruitment team is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Student Recruitment Manager to oversee a variety of projects that are integral to the team’s work, including the Student Ambassador Scheme and academic conferences for teachers and careers advisors. The post-holder should have exceptional organisational skills and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple projects at one time. They will have excellent communication skills and will thrive in delivering talks and workshops to a range of audiences.
The post-holder will be a key member of the UK Recruitment Team. They will be expected to lead by example, providing support and mentoring to junior members of staff, particularly those under their line management. The post-holder will be integral to the delivery of key recruitment events, have budgetary responsibility and be expected to contribute to a variety of strategic objectives to ensure the team meets its targets.
The successful candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of Higher Education in the UK, including an understanding of the current political climate and developments to the structures of level two and three qualifications. They should possess excellent IT skills, be flexible in their approach to work and be an enthusiastic and supportive team player
