We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Student Progress Officer to work in a busy and vibrant team with the aim of delivering an excellent experience to our students.
This diverse role is based in the Student Progress Team within the Student Systems and Records Office. The purpose of the team is to manage student records and administrative tasks in relation to the student journey for taught Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, from initial registration through to graduation, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
You will join the department at an exciting time for the University as we launch a new strategic framework through to 2025. First-rate organisation and IT skills are essential, as well as high attention for detail, the use of initiative and the ability to work well and remain calm during busy periods of the academic year.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop strong working relationships with external organisations, academic and professional services staff.
