Salary: starting at £22,254 and rising to £25,627 per annum.

Job description

The School of Psychology are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and empathetic administrator to work within a busy and energetic Student Experience team. Experience of successfully working in a team environment, independently and multi-tasking to tight deadlines is essential.

Excellent and accurate IT, organisational and communication skills both verbally and written are essential. There are a wide range of duties including supporting and advising students, organising and delivering school events, creating social media content for the school Instagram account, assisting with student recruitment events, supporting the placement scheme, working with our student mentors, ambassadors, connectors and reps and liaising with Professional Service colleagues across the University.

Experience of working in a busy, sometimes pressurised, customer-facing environment is essential.
