Hours: Part time (term time only) 36.5 hours per week
This post is term time only but requires 36.5 hours per week during that period to meet business needs. Staff asked to arrange their day with their teams to provide cover between the hours of 08.00-18.00 each working day (Monday to Friday) activity dependent.
Salary: Starting at £26,341 to £30,497 per annum, pro rata

The School of Engineering & Informatics is looking for a motivated and committed person to provide effective term time support within the mechanical engineering facility and for teaching and research laboratories. The post requires a proactive approach, initiative and the ability to work independently as well as within the broader academic and technical teams.
The post holder will be highly organised, adaptable, flexible, have excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with a broad range of requests and tasks that arise in the diverse teaching and research areas of the school. Experience within the mechanical engineering industry will be advantageous.
