Job description
The University of Sussex is seeking to make the appointment of a Senior Project Manager to lead on the delivery of campus infrastructure improvement projects across its estate portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Capital Projects and as the lead for infrastructure improvement projects across the campus, the Senior Project Manager will lead a diverse range of civils, electrical, mechanical, utilities infrastructure project and decarbonisation projects to ensure that the University benefits from resilient, sustainable and efficient infrastructure and services to support it growing academic, research, enterprise and student activities.
We are seeking an individual that has demonstrable experience of leading complex infrastructure projects in a comparable context. You will have strong technical skills and will be adept at managing projects from relatively small scale infrastructure replacement works to major infrastructure upgrades, preferably being delivered in live, operational high public footfall environments.
