Hours: Full time or part time hours considered up to a maximum of 1.0 FTE. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need).
Contract: 1 year fixed term contract, potential for the role to become permanent in the future
Salary: Starting at £21,414 and rising to £24,771 per annum

We are seeking a well-organised administrator to support the work of the Associate Dean for Engagement and the Associate Dean for Education & Students. The post-holder should be a supportive team member to undertake a variety of administrative tasks which include: supporting the Associate Deans; extensive diary management; servicing meetings; maintaining records and data management; organising events and workshops; preparing reports; monitoring budgets; arranging national and international travel.
