Job description

The University of Sussex Business School is seeking to appoint a Research Fellow for a British Academy funded research project on “Spatial Educational Inequalities in Peru”.

This research project is led by Dr Sonja Fagernas and Dr Panu Pelkonen (Department of Economics) and also involves academic collaborators from Peru. It will study the evolution of spatial inequalities in primary education in Peru across time. The project will focus on the roles of school resources and teachers, population characteristics and political factors in determining learning outcomes in the context of regional disparities and urbanisation.
