Hours: Full time or part time hours considered up to a maximum of 1.0 FTE. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need).
Contract: Fixed term until 31 January 2021
Salary: Starting at £33,199 and rising to £39,609 per annum (pro rata if applicable)

Brighton and Sussex Medical School has created a Research Excellence Framework (REF) project manager post in order to prepare for our contribution to REF at the Universities of Brighton and Sussex.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all elements of REF preparation working closely with the Dean, Director of Research and Knowledge Exchange, REF Lead and UOA1 Lead.
The Project Manager will support the BSMS REF committee and work collaboratively with both Universities to model and prepare the final REF submission including outputs, impact cases and environment statement.
The responsibilities and essential requirements of the post are as below. This will be a secondment with immediate appointment until the REF submission is completed in early 2021.
