Salary: Starting at £17,361 and rising to £18,709 per annum, pro rata. From 1 November 2018 the minimum hourly rate at the University is £9.00.

Job description 

Sussexsport require an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual or individuals to work on a rota basis during the mornings and afternoons at our busy reception located at the Falmer Sports Complex.

The facilities are open both to the University and local community and therefore you will be expected to deal with a wide variety of enquiries both in person and over the telephone.

The post will involve duties such as taking bookings and memberships, using a computerised till system, telephone enquiries and cashing up.

Excellent customer service skills, a friendly outgoing personality and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. Shifts are Tuesday and Thursday evening 5.30pm to 10.30pm and Sunday 9.30-6pm at the Falmer Sports Complex (FSC).
