Hours: Full time or part time hours considered up to a maximum of 36.5 hours per week. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need).
Contract: Fixed term (3 months from start date)
Salary: starting at £25,941 to £30,046 per annum, pro rata if applicable

This vacancy is only open to those currently employed by the University.
Applications are invited for this temporary post in the busy Research Contracts team of the University’s Research and Enterprise Services Division. The Research Contracts team need to carry out an assessment on all live research projects to determine which research projects involve the transfer of personal data to and from the UK.
An experienced Administrator or Project Coordinator is required to carry out an initial audit on all live research related projects to establish the number of projects which involve personal data, and where necessary agreements which may require amendments, or where appropriate Data Sharing Agreements will need to be put in place to allow for personal data to be shared between the University research staff and any relevant research partners.
You will be working with academics and researchers to gather the necessary project information and providing progress updates to the Research Contracts Business Partner.
You should therefore have excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise your work from multiple clients and to function both as part of a team and independently.
You will have a degree or equivalent or be qualified by experience.
