Contract: Fixed term for 9 months
Salary: Starting at £21,814 to £25,217 per annum, pro rata if part time.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised team member to join our busy, friendly team, to facilitate and support the increasing numbers of Business School students who are interested in taking up one-year placements. You will be responsible for providing placement information and support to students and staff across the University of Sussex Business School, as well as communicating with placement providers. You will also be responsible for recording student information and database management, as well as promoting placement opportunities to students.
Other duties will include dealing with Business School student enquiries, maintaining assessment information, distributing placement information, database management, and coordinating events and other placement activities. Initiative, flexibility and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, are essential. A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages is also important.
