Salary: Starting at £33,199 and rising to £39,609 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Adviser to join the organisational development team to deliver the University’s new People Strategy.
The Organisational Development Adviser will be responsible for delivering a range of professional and personal development for both academic and professional services staff. They will lead on designing and delivering a range of leadership and management programmes as part of a wider transformational leadership programme.
With excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels, you will have a successful track record of devising creative, engaging learning interventions in a large complex organisation.
