Hours: Full time or part time hours considered up to a maximum of 36.5 hours. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need).
Contract: Fixed term for 18 months
Salary: starting at £19,623 to £21,686per annum, pro rata if part time

The Organisational Development team within HR is looking to recruit an Administrator to work in the learning and development administrative team. The post holder will:
- Organise face to face and remote learning events
- Distribute and collate course feedback and produce feedback reports
- Manage course bookings and keep University systems updated with attendance data
- Handle enquiries and manage the OD inbox
- Assist the OD Advisers with course delivery and content as required
- Promote the OD programme and events through various channels of communication
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience of handling large volumes of work within defined timescales, have excellent attention to detail and be able to plan and organise their work.
