We are seeking a customer service professional with broad technical IT skills to join our Service Desk team. You will play a critical role in supporting and assisting our students and staff in their use of modern IT and digital services, including use of our O365 toolset and cloud-based productivity applications.
You will be a self-starter with proven problem solving and analytical ability, coupled with excellent communication and team working skills.
As a key, visible ‘front of house’ face for IT Services, you will have a passion for customer service excellence and a drive to continually improve the experiences of our students and staff.
We are a community of over 18,000 students and 2,100 staff. Our beautiful green campus is situated on the edges of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of the vibrant city of Brighton and Hove.
