Salary: starting at £40,792 and rising to £48,677 per annum

The University of Sussex is looking for an experienced, capable Integration Lead to help design and implement IT systems integrations supporting ambitious change and redevelopment in line with the new Sussex 2025 strategy.
The University is committed to continually improving its services for students, academics, researchers and staff and you will be part of a rapidly developing IT Service working across the organisation.
Working within the Technology and Architecture team, you will be working with colleagues both in and outside of IT to develop high quality, pragmatic and appropriate technology solutions to real world problems. You will develop and deliver information system integrations that align with business plans and the technology roadmap in a structured, professional manner.
You’ll come to us with:
- a sound understanding of integration practice
- experience of developing and delivering real-world technology solution integrations
- options appraisal abilities and experience
- experience of technical analysis and solution design skills
You will have an up-to-date knowledge of a range of technologies and the current state of the art. A good working knowledge of information security practice is desirable.
You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to explain technical subjects in an accessible way. You will also be able to work across a range of teams and projects.
The University's IT systems cover a diverse range of technologies including Microsoft, Oracle, open-source systems and cloud technology.
