Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Business Services Co-ordinator.  Focussing on administrative support for recruitment and the employment life cycle, the role is in the HR Business Services team and will be working in a fast paced environment. The role is to provide maternity leave cover and you will work as part of a job share with another HR Business Services Co-ordinator.

You need to be customer-focused  with experience in HR administrative work spanning the employee life cycle including recruitment, gained within a busy and complex environment.  You need to be  able to prioritise and organise your own workload,  and use your initiative to solve the majority of queries or refer more complex problems. 

Duties include dealing with customers and queries, preparing employment contracts, administering the staff database, maintaining staff records and supporting the recruitment function.  You should have the necessary written and oral skills to respond to enquiries, including procedural and policy questions from line managers and staff. You should be proficient in computer use with experience of data inputting, combined with excellent attention to detail.
