Job description

We have an exciting opportunity as an HR Business Services Assistant in our busy and vibrant HR Business Services team. We are seeking a well-organised and customer-focused individual, to assist the HR Business Services Co-ordinators with recruitment, be the initial contact for callers to the office and provide administration support.

Tasks include:

  • Dealing with customer and queries
  • Issuing Tutor contracts to new employees
  • First point of contact for all staff recruitment enquiries in person, via email and telephone.
  • Handling a high volume of job application forms via email and post
  • Photocopying new starter documents
  • Entering data
  • Assisting with placing orders for stationery and other supplies.

You will have experience of handling large volumes of paperwork and emails within defined timescales, be able to plan and organise your workload and have good verbal and written communication skills.
