Job description 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR/OD Business Services Coordinator. The role will be split between the HR Business Services Team and Organisational Development. You will be providing key administrative support for both services covering recruitment, employment, training and on-line learning. 

You need to be customer focussed, able to prioritise and organise your own workload, and use your initiative to solve the many complex queries that arise daily. It is a busy and complex environment.  

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer use with experience in data inputting, combined with excellent attention to detail.  You will be required to prepare employment contracts, administering the staff database, maintaining staff records and supporting the recruitment and organisational development function.
