Job description 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Division as the Human Resources Compliance Manager.  You will manage the key processes that are undertaken by the HR Compliance Team to run effectively and efficiently, while ensuring that the University remains fully compliant with UKVI and DBS requirements.

You will also work closely with colleagues across the University to further develop, implement and review processes to continue to ensure full compliance with the University’s Tier 2 and Tier 5 sponsor obligations.

You will be customer-focused and with extensive knowledge and understanding of Visas, Immigration policy and DBS issues affecting staff and educational institutions. As well as having excellent organisational skills, an analytical approach to evaluating process and policies and meticulous attention to detail. You will have strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
