Job description

We are seeking an experienced individual to manage the HR Business Services team, part of the HR Business Services group. The person will be responsible for embedding and managing customer service excellence in relation to core HR business services ranging from front end query management, the end to end recruitment and on-boarding process, full employee life-cycle processes, compliance advice and guidance, HR database and records management.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources (Transformation and Business Services) the successful candidate will be committed to customer service excellence with demonstrable experience of managing the delivery of large-scale HR business services within a complex organisation.  CIPD chartered or graduate qualified, with a successful track record in developing and implementing key business processes including e-HR, and a sound working knowledge of employment law and its practical application, you will also play a pivotal role in developing and delivering the HR Transformation Programme.
