Job description 

We are seeking an experienced, well organised administrator with a friendly disposition and willingness to work as part of a small and close knit team, as well as working independently. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the raising of Purchase Orders, works orders, the reporting, recording and monitoring of specific maintenance requests, providing administrative and operational support for the day to day management of Retail/Commercial leased/Residential premises as well as maintaining general filing records and maintenance of established archive systems.

Initiative, flexibility and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, are essential. A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages is also important.

Experience in a customer and service focused environment is also an essential requirement.
