Deputy Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International Recruitment and Development)

The University has an exciting new opportunity for a Deputy Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International Recruitment and Development) to assist the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Planning and Resources) and the Director of Student Recruitment, Admissions and International Development in developing the University’s international recruitment strategies and plans and ensuring that they are achieved.

You will work closely with Schools to meet their overseas recruitment and student mobility targets, to maximise income from the University’s overseas incoming-generating activities, and to provide leadership in developing and implementing University-level policy and embedding consistent practice across the University.

You will have a proven ability to engage with international audiences and develop international collaborations, experience of developing and implementing strategy, and have academic credibility with a track record of active, high-quality teaching and research.

The appointment will be on a 0.5FTE basis and will be combined with an existing academic post.
