The University of Sussex has an exciting opportunity for an exceptionally talented individual to join their IT team as it embarks on an ambitious digital transformation journey that will meet the needs of the University now and into the future. The post holder of this newly created role will be a crucial member of the ITS’s Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic management of the IT Service. Responsible for all day to day operational activity, the post holder will play a pivotal role in modernising the ITSM function.
