Hours: Full time (part time hours considered up to a minimum of 0.7 FTE). Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need). Core office working hours are 9am to 3pm.
Salary: Starting at £33,797 to £40,322 per annum

Work with the Head of Marketing and the Senior CRM Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the University’s CRM marketing strategy.
You will provide management for enquiry and relationship management (CRM) activity as it relates to student recruitment and the University’s strategic growth agenda. The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver ‘Business As Usual’ CRM campaigns (over 700 HTML sends in a year) as well as develop new CRM initiatives for the university using an evidence based approach.
You will line manage and direct the work of a CRM Marketing Officer and other CRM users in and outside of the Marketing team, so that operational plans are implemented on time.
