Job description

This vacancy is only open to those currently employed by the University.

The School of Education and Social Work is seeking to appoint an experienced, well organised administrator to provide administrative support for our Continuing Professional Development courses in the Department of Social Work.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and communication skills, be able to organise and prioritise their own workload and possess good IT skills to include experience on Excel spreadsheets and databases.

They will undertake a variety of tasks including timetabling, students admissions, examination boards, students’ submissions and assessments, service team meetings and work closely with academic staff to support the progress and welfare of students.
