Job description

The Media, Arts & Humanities Professional Services team is looking to recruit a Clerical Assistant to work in the Operations Team and work across the areas of Operations, Research and Education & Students. The post holder will:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Within clear parameters, take responsibility for specific projects or areas of work
  • Contribute to the School service delivery, providing excellent customer service to students, staff, visitors and external partners
  • Work across various teams and be deployed where there is a need for additional resource in the School 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience of handling large volumes of work within defined timescales, have excellent attention to detail and be able to plan and organise their work.
